A Nepali Young Man was killed @fter an Indian police allegedly opened fire at Nepal-India border on Thursday following a di$pute over build!ng a culvert over $ano Khola in Kanchanpur district.

Govinda Gautam, of Punarbas Municipality-8 in Kanchanpur district, died after he sustained bullet fired by Indian Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) inspector of Sampurnanagar station, locals said.
