Price of Gas is Higher in Nepal Than India since three Month

The price of cooking LP gas in India has been steadily declining in the last three months. According to the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), gas prices in India have been falling steadily since February. 

According to the IOC, the price of a 14.2 kg gas cylinder on Friday (May 1) ranged from Rs 569.50 to Rs 584.50. 

The lowest price of a 14 kg 200 gram gas cylinder in India on Friday was in Chennai. In Chennai, it is Rs 569.50 per cylinder. In Chennai, the price of a 14.2 kg gas cylinder was Rs 761.50 on April 1, Rs 826 on March 1 and Rs 881 on February 12. Similarly, the highest price of 14.2 kg of gas in Kolkata on Friday was Rs 584.50. 


Earlier in Kolkata, the price of the same cylinder was Rs 774.50 on April 1, Rs 839.50 on March 1 and Rs 896 on February 12.
